TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AQUARION LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aquarion Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkiye.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aquarion Labs regarding the Services.
