Common Questions
Does Caldera collect personal information?
Caldera collects only what is needed to run the app, process purchases, prevent free-reading abuse, and deliver chart readings. Sensitive profile and birth values are stored locally with encryption where possible, while account, subscription, and reading-order records may use Apple services such as Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, and CloudKit. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app isn't working as expected — what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, try reinstalling. If you still encounter problems, email us at hello@aquarionlabs.com with a description of the issue and your iOS version.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely — we'd love to hear your ideas. Send your suggestions to hello@aquarionlabs.com and we'll take them into consideration for future updates.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, modify, or cancel your Caldera subscription.
How do widgets work?
Long-press your home screen and tap the + button to add a Caldera widget. Choose your preferred size and it will display the current moon phase and your daily cosmic insight right on your home screen.
